In Year R, children will become explorers and will have opportunities to explore an engaging environment and create their own experiences through continuous provision. Children will start to ask questions to find out about the world around them.
In Year 1, children will build on their experiences in Year R. They will have built their confidence to ask and answer questions and be confident to find out new things.
In Year 2, children are able to access learning independently using both their own and taught strategies. They ask questions and work together to find answers. They are able to apply their skills and knowledge to a range of situations.
Our parents and carers will model, support and encourage their children to develop a love of learning beyond the school gates.
Our staff and governors will create an engaging environment that provides experiences for children to explore and learn together.
