In Year 1, children are be able to maintain friendships and make new friends. They will play and interact with their peers, showing improved social skills and increased confidence.
In Year 2, our children are starting to show signs of empathy for others. They can accept responsibility when things go wrong and express a range of feelings.
Our parents and carers work in partnership with teachers and school staff. They are supportive of each other and share experiences to develop more understanding within the school community.
Our staff and governors will be supportive of each other. They will integrate in school life and create a community of support and kindness. Staff and governors will take an active part in all areas of school life, including supporting wider school events and fundraising.
